Personal Biography

Sir Bryce MacLaren is a 13th Century Scottish noble that joined the Templars in 1215. He is descended from migration era Vikings that invaded Britain and decided to stay. Further back, his line runs also branches from a Roman Citizen Britius, Dux.

While on the 5th Crusade in Egypt, he was wounded in battle and cared for in a small town outside Diametta by Sufi’s. It was there he took up the drum and put aside the sword to focus on building a trade route from Egypt to Italy.
